Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board is seeking the most qualified Firm to provide Construction Management Services and work with the Department of Facilities and Construction to complete the projects. The Selected Firm shall be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the project. The Leon County School Board continuing contracts provides that the Consultant will be available on an as-needed basis beginning on the date of approval by the Leon County School Board, of the Agreement or July 1, 2024, whichever date is later, and remain in effect until June 30, 2026. This Contract Agreement may be renewed for three (3) one-year renewal periods. Renewal of this Agreement shall be in writing and subject to the same terms and conditions of this Contract. All renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor and the availability of funds.
