Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City would like to further investigate historic resources in the neighborhood, particularly properties that have not been designated as local landmarks or noted on the City’s Most Significant Unprotected Structures list. The historic resource survey shall accomplish the following objectives. • Identify, document, and evaluate the present state of historic resources that are more than 45 years old in the neighborhood • Inform a broader understanding of what historic resources are more valuable than others through a basic ranking criterion developed by the consultant • Provide the City and neighborhood property owners with critical information that will help with decisions regarding local landmark designation, National Register eligibility, property maintenance and improvements, and long term stewardship
