Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Describe a plan for the design and installation of water filtration systems and up to 770 water cooler dispenser units across nearly 100 court locations in all 14 counties in Massachusetts. In addition to the requirements outlined in the GRO39 RFR Amended 5.11.2021 section 8.2.3.1, please provide further detail on: o Installation timeline, o What is included in the installation? How far from the water source can the units be? Who installs the supply line? What is cost per supply line installation? Are shut offs included in supply line at source and unit? Are permits required and if so, who obtains? What are the power needs? Are drains needed? o Recommend locations for dispensers in courthouse and type of dispenser, o Vendor’s installation requirements (time of day, loading docks, access points etc), o Key personnel who will support the implementation phase, o Options for collection/removal of any unclaimed bottled water dispensers remaining at court locations. Quantity - TBD, may vary per building. • Describe experience with previous installations at this scale and include 1 - 3 references On-going Services • What is included in the on-going support? o Services included and fees for cleaning and maintenance o Filter changes - are they time-based or usage-based? o Are cup holders provided?
