All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Unclog tub drain 2nd floor Family Room #225; The family Restroom is on the second floor with a shower. Unit price shall equal total costs for cleaning the tub and repair for the drain. Unit price shall include all repair charges, inclusive of: trip charges, parts, supplies, labor, fees, permit fees (if applicable), all tools and equipment necessary to complete the work as per specification. Suppliers shall provide all materials, parts, tools, supplies, equipment necessary to perform the service. Suppliers must coordinate work schedule with DHR POC. Upon completion of work, vendor shall meet with Director or POC to review performance completion to specification. Suppliers shall hold current license for this work. All work shall be performed per all required codes. Suppliers shall have sufficient equipment/tools to perform service specification.
