Provide the department with up to 100 in-vehicle-mounted camera systems and 125 body-worn cameras. Additionally, the department is seeking an external vehicle cellular router solution to accompany the in-vehicle-mounted camera systems. Furthermore, companies must provide a cloud-based video storage solution, that partners with the provided body-worn cameras and in-vehiclemounted cameras, to store, manage, retrieve, and share captured digital video. Qualified companies will also provide a service agreement that includes service on equipment, hardware, and software for a minimum of five (5) years. Installation of in-vehicle equipment will be completed by an installer of the City/Departments choice. However, potential vendors will provide on-site technical assistance to the installer for the initialization of the installations. Potential Vendors must demonstrate experience in designing and maintaining body-worn cameras, in-vehicle mounted cameras, cellular router solutions, and cloud-based server solutions. The intent of this request for proposals is to acquire body-worn, in-vehicle mounted video camera systems, external vehicle cellular routers, and cloud-based server services for public safety use that offers ease of use, functionality, recording and storage capabilities. Potential Vendors shall only submit one proposal per firm.
