Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for the proposed contract shall be to provide design-build construction services for two (2) parks. Taylor Family Park shall be constructed on a 5.085 acre undeveloped parcel, located off Wildhorse Road; and Patterson Family Park shall be constructed on a 4.0 acre parcel, located off Marshland Road. The scope of work will consist of designing the park projects in compliance with the Town’s needs and producing final construction plans and specifications. The Contractor will propose a vision with an overall project design and description, and total not-to-exceed cost for each park project, which shall become the basis for the resulting contract. The Town is looking for a “Project Team” to provide a Design-Build service based on the conceptual master plans for each park. The intent is for the Project Team to take the approved conceptual master plans and develop them into construction drawings and then build the project. Accordingly, the Project Team will need to include professional components with respect to Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Construction services.
