The successful Bidder(s) will be responsible for providing professional consulting and advisory services to the Department on an as-needed basis to assist it in analyzing and evaluating the current status of the employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for those Marylanders who are 50+ years old and develop narratives to communicate how current policies, legislation, and practices advance older adults economic and financial security. A comparative study of Maryland with other states that have adopted Longevity Governance Employment, Entrepreneurship, Life-long Learning, Apprenticeships, and Service strategies, policies, and legislation to support older adults staying engaged in the state workforce will be framed around the economic impact for both government and Marylanders. The study should provide recommendations, strategies, commitments, objectives, implementation guidance, and a storytelling strategy of lived experiences.
