Specifications include, but are not limited to: Intended Lounge Space Details ; 1. The intended space for this furniture will be in a student lounge/seating space in E Building of the Main Campus. 2. Furniture should promote a welcoming space for students to stay, study or engage with their peers. 3. Furniture should also be able to accommodate a flexible space for group work or student activities. Permanent furniture pieces are not ideal. 4. Please see provided floor diagram for location and overall shape. *Not shown in the diagram: The lounge space is partially divided with a curved half wall towards the east side of the space to create a divide walk way to food services ; Furniture Specifications ; 1. All furniture upholstery, both fabric and vinyl, should be within a navy, gray, or light gray color scheme; red can be used as an accent color. 2. Any poly/hard surface furniture should be within a navy, gray or light gray color scheme. 3. Any laminate furniture should be a light/medium natural wood coloring. 4. Any metal accents should be a nickel or brushed nickel coloring. Black is also permissible. 5. Specific furniture items: a. (2) sets of booth seating to fit (4) persons in each set ; i. Upholstery in fabric and/or vinyl ; ii. Upholstered divider screen to install behind each booth seating for additional privacy ; iii. Power port access included on each booth table ; iv. One side of each booth/table set will be up against a wall; flat edge needed. b. (1) small collaborative conference table to seat (5) chairs ; i. Chairs on casters ; ii. Arm rests on chairs ; iii. Upholstered seat on chairs ; iv. Power port access on the table ; v. One side of table set will be up against a wall; flat edge needed. c. (2) low‐seating café tables with (4) chairs each ; i. Chairs on casters ; ii. No arm rests ; iii. Prefer poly hard surface chairs
