Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selected firm or individual or firm shall complete an in-person review of existing conditions and study the scope of previous improvements and any available condition report, as needed, to ascertain the scope of work under this EP Project. The selected firm shall prepare construction documents for corrective measures, direct, observe and report on required testing and administer the construction contract to repair the facility. The selected firm shall prioritize the scope of design and organize the project’s bid documents and schedules, as needed, to meet funding or delivery requirements identified by the City and user agencies. The firm must analyze the work to be completed under the RFP / RFQ and may recommend developing multiple bid packages and construction schedules with parallel tracks to optimize the completion of the work. The selected firm shall be familiar with managing City projects with federal funding and administer funding requirements as specified under their contract. The selected firm will be contracted to provide full design scope services with deliverables appropriate for each phase of service, enumerated in the contract, as follows: A. Scoping Phase (Program Confirmation). B. Schematic Design Phase. C. Design Development Phase. D. Construction Document Phase. E. Bidding Phase. F. Construction Phase (CA Services). G. Closeout Phase. H. Warranty Phase.
