Vendor to install new security cameras and intercom systems to meet the following project requirements: Proposed system shall meet the following requirements: Provide Video Coverage as shown on the provided backgrounds. Provide new Vandal resistant IP cameras at each site. Install intercoms reusing existing agency provided devices if applicable. These devices were removed from the Agencies previously occupied building. Provide new POE infrastructure. Provide enough ports for existing intercom systems at each site. Provide engineering and project management services to develop a new VLAN for the new equipment provided under this contract. Reuse and reprogram all existing IP security equipment to match this new VLAN if possible. Camera coverage should be able to provide human identification throughout the coverage area. Provide local video storage for the site. The system shall be managed centrally from Framingham, but video stored locally at each site. Provide the capability of offloading stored video data to the central site storage provided under this contract (Framingham) Provide enough storage to record at 13 frames per second, 1080P or whichever resolution is required to provide identification throughout the coverage area, for 30 days at site and for 7 days of backup from the remote sites to the Framingham site. Storage shall be redundant at each site. Storage media shall be in 2 distinct locations for all video to ensure video retention in the event of a system failure. Contractor shall provide software maintenance patches and version updates or upgrades to keep all software and firmware 100% current as recommended by the manufacturer at no-additional cost to Owner for a period of at least five years, at no cost to MEMA. Install intercom system at location to provide two-way voice communications from exterior doors to interior locations. The Security Video Surveillance System shall consist of the following subcomponents: Network Video Management Software (NVMS) Network Video Recording Hardware (NVR) Network Switching and POE Equipment, dedicated to the security equipment Install controller for access control system at location to provide local and remote access to multiple doors throughout facility as documented in attached diagrams. The Access Control System shall consist of all equipment and components including, but not limited to wiring, equipment cabinets, hardware, mag locks, card readers, door position switches, monitoring devices, and labor for full required functionality of 10 doors, including two exterior doors and a garage door System shall be tied back into existing agency system and be provide remote capabilities of all devices.
