Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of the walk-in fridge and freezer at Forbes Elementary • Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of existing equipment. • Provision and installation of new walk-in fridge, freezer and accessories. • Contractor will hookup and start the condensing units on the roof of the building. This will require some related roofing work. The awarded contractor will be required to sub-contract related roofing work to one of the three existing Alpine School District roofing contracts to complete work. • New boxes should match the existing boxes dimensions and include the following features: o 404A refrigerant preferred o No head master, fan cycling control preferred o 3ph condensing units o Left hinge doors o White in / white out o Floors and ramps
