Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 2,760 Square Feet minimum of office space, total net usable. The Agency prefers this area to be at streetlevel space for ease in public access: 1. LIO Reception Area – Open Area near main entrance with Windows – approximately 200 Square Feet of open space. Telephone/Data Jacks – 2 receptacles with 2 drops each. Electrical Outlets – Electrical outlets, one duplex outlet on the walls every eight (8) linear feet throughout the LIO Reception Area. 2. LIO Staff Area – Open Space Staff Work Area, with Windows – approx. 200 Square Feet for staff directly connected to the LIO Reception Area. A Relite Window – Needs to be on the wall facing the Large Conference Room to enable LIO staff to view the inside of Large Conference Room from the staff work area and the relite window must be approximately 18” W x 48” H, with framing. 3. LIO Officer Office – 160 Square Feet, enclosed office space, directly connected or adjacent to the LIO Staff Area. A Relite Window – Needs to be on the wall facing the LIO Staff Area to enable the LIO Officer to view the LIO Staff Area and LIO Reception Area from the work area and the relite window must be approximately 18” W x 48” H, with framing. 4. Large Conference Room – Enclosed, with Windows, approx. 1,300 Square Feet. Please also note paragraph 3.18 (Acoustical Requirements) of this RFP as it pertains to this space. A Relite Window – Needs to be on the wall facing the LIO Staff Area to enable LIO staff to see into Large Conference Room and the relite window must be approximately 18” W x 48” H, with framing.
