Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Public Defense Services Office seeks Paralegal Service Providers for cases within Pinal County. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS; 1.1 Contractor at a minimum shall have a degree in Paralegal, Legal Assisting Studies or a directly related Field, or an associate’s degree in any field with a certification from a paralegal or legal assisting program. The qualifying associate’s degree shall be conferred by a regionally accredited community college. 1.2 Contractor in this classification shall have two (2) years of experience performing relevant job duties under the supervision of an Attorney. 1.3 Contractor shall have knowledge of applicable State of Arizona statutes, and ethical requirements of the State Bar of Arizona for Attorneys and their staff. 1.4 Contractor shall have knowledge of operations, functions, procedures, rules and policies of Pinal County Superior Court.
