The Project includes the following Work: • Reconstruction and widening improvements of an asphalt parking lot with associated underground utilities. • Work items to support the parking lot reconstruction include: o Removals: Excavation common, electrical, landscaping, asphalt parking lot, sidewalk, curb, sanitary lateral, water service, existing storm, signs, and tree removal. o Erosion Control: Inlet protection and sediment logs o Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, asphalt parking lot paving and expansion, curb & gutter, pavement markings, signage, and landscaping beds. o Electrical: Electrical service, site lighting, and underground conduit. o Utilities: Sanitary sewer, water utilities, and storm utilities o Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration. General site clean-up and amenities installed. The anticipated substantial completion date is June 21, 2024 and final completion date is August 2, 2024.
