1. Perform Substance Use Disorder (SUD) evaluations to the BRIDGERS DUI Court applicants. The Treatment Provider will perform mental health and overdose risk screenings within 7 to 10-days of receiving a referral. The Treatment Provider understands that evaluations may take place on-site at the Gallatin County Detention Center or at the Treatment Provider’s office 2. Provide treatment services as indicated in the SUD Evaluation to BRIDGERS DUI Court participants. After screening and evaluation, the Treatment Provider will administer all treatment services to the BRIDGERS DUI Court participant. The Treatment Provider agrees that the treatment services provided to the participant must not exceed the American Society of Addiction Medicine (“ASAM”) level 2.1. Treatment. The Treatment Provider further agrees to provide only evidence-based treatment, and to enter all necessary information in a timely manner into the Drug Court Information Management System (“DIMS”). 3. Attend the BRIDGERS Court Treatment Team staffing, court hearings, and leadership team meetings. The Treatment Provider is expected to attend all team meetings, hearings, and other related meetings. The Treatment Provider is expected to be an active participant at all meetings, including meetings related to the BRIDGERS DUI Court program administration. 4. Participate in the BRIDGERS DUI Court aftercare program. The Treatment Provider will give support and direction to the aftercare program participants and team members, including but not limited to co-facilitating an aftercare support group. 5. Provide peer support specialist services to BRIDGERS DUI Court participants. The Treatment Provider will provide a wide-range of support services to participants, including but not limited to transportation assistance, assisting participants in applying for other related social services, and emotional support during required groups.
