Solution Design: Develop a comprehensive solution design that meets the requirements and objectives outlined in this RFP. Include details on architecture, scalability, security measures, disaster recovery, and migration plan. Implementation: Deploy the Email Cloud Solution according to the agreed-upon design and schedule. Configure email accounts, domains, security settings, and integration with existing systems. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users. Migration: Migrate existing email data, including mailboxes, folders, contacts, and calendars, to the new system. Ensure minimal disruption to email services during the migration process. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of the Email Cloud Solution to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Validate the solution against the agreed-upon requirements and acceptance criteria to include but not limited to: Ensure that all source email accounts, including mailboxes, distribution lists, and resources, have been accounted for and mapped to their destinations Verify that the migration plan meets all necessary security and compliance requirements Conduct a pilot migration with a small, representative set of users Verify that all emails, attachments, calendar items, contacts, and tasks have been migrated accurately. Check for any data corruption or loss Ensure that folder structures are preserved and permissions are correctly applied in the cloud environment
