Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County would like to receive additional discounts for all NEW Off-the-shelf Cisco equipment and SMARTnet maintenance. The County would also like to contract with qualified and experienced Cisco partners for professional services for various Cisco Systems implementations and upgrades. The discounts should reflect delivery F.O.B. destination (i.e. at a specific County address). Firms are encouraged to provide other incentives (i.e. one year Smartnet maintenance warranty on equipment, training credits for new purchases, trade-ins, etc.) in their proposal. Providers are to include proof of specialization to provide Cisco Equipment and the ability to provide professional services related to all areas of Cisco technologies. The successful providers shall warrant that all equipment is NEW, in good working order, free from defects and in performance to its specifications. All equipment must conform to the manufacturer’s (Cisco System, Inc.) official published specifications. The successful providers shall agree to repair, adjust and/or replace (as determined by the County to be in its best interest) any defective equipment within the warranty period at the provider’s sole expense. The successful providers shall ensure that all professional services will be provided by trained and experienced Cisco certified engineers. All professional services work shall meet the Scope of Work for the intended project to the satisfaction of County personnel. Each professional services project shall include postimplementation documentation to be provided to the County.
