Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Capital Improvement Program will consist of multiple design packages of various sizes. 5.2 The City and the Professional Engineering Consultant(s) (PECs) will negotiate and develop task orders for which services can be rendered. 5.3 The scope of each project will be at the recommendation of the PEC. 5.4 The services expected to be included under this contract are those needed for complete project management services, which may include but not be limited to: 5.4.1 Pre-Design 5.4.2 Condition Assessment 5.4.3 Topo & Boundary Survey 5.4.4 Utility Coordination 5.4.5 Geotechnical 5.4.6 Traffic Studies 5.4.7 Permitting 5.4.8 Plat Preparation and Property Acquisition 5.4.9 Preliminary and Final Design 5.4.10 Bidding Phase Services 5.4.11 Construction Phase Services 5.4.12 Close-out Management 5.4.13 Record Drawings 5.4.14 Public Outreach 5.4.15 Other services in order to properly manage and deliver projects on behalf of the City. 5.5 The PEC shall also be knowledgeable of and able to meet the requirements of State/Federal funding agencies and programs. 5.6 Construction inspection services may be a requested service for specific projects. 5.7 Construction testing lab services may also be requested for specific projects. 5.8 The PEC may also provide assistance with: 5.8.1 Funding Applications 5.8.2 GIS Improvements 5.8.3 Asset Management 5.8.4 Other services in line with the mission of the Public Works Department 5.9 Typical civil projects include but are not limited to the following types of improvements: 5.9.1 Roadway Alignment 5.9.2 Rigid Pavement 5.9.3 Asphalt Pavement
