The following specifications outline the minimum requirements for a custom manufactured command center for use by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO). The command center will be divided into three (3) distinct areas separated by pocket doors. Area one will have two (2) flat floor slide out rooms with a meeting table, seating for up to eleven (11) people, a minimum of three (3) seated work stations, and an exterior entry door. Area two will have one (1) movable 19” EIA equipment rack, a galley area, a cabinet for multi-function printer, other storage cabinets, a closet and an exterior entry door. Area three will have seating for up to seven (7) people, a minimum of two (2) seated work stations with overhead cabinets, a closet and a table. No drawings are provided. It is in the best interest of WCSO to evaluate each vendor’s configuration concepts based on the description above and the information included throughout these specifications.
