Specifications include, but are not limited to: Overall Planning and Coordination for MOU • Coordinate efforts around the Implementation Plan working with the Adaptive Management Committee (AMC) and other agencies and contractors. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) requires the plan to include the actions, schedule, and costs to evaluate the current status and projected trends of riparian health as described in Appendix A, and a schedule for the periodic reporting of the results to the AMC. • Clarify and document all data collection methods, including riparian vegetation data, that can be used to enter into agreements and/or contracts with agencies and contractors by working with experts, agencies, the Upper San Pedro Partnership (USPP) Technical Committee, and others. • Track progress and funding requirements for data collection as required by the MOU and ensure data exchange occurs between agencies and contractors as needed for the annual reporting of: o Current status riparian health o Current status regional aquifer o Projected trends of riparian health in 10 years (data for model calibration) • Assist the City of Sierra Vista with hiring and coordination of other contractors associated with the MOU, including the preparation of scopes of work for integrated modeling, data collection, etc., as required by the MOU.
