Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this RFP is to draw upon the knowledge and creativity of organizations in their ability to collaborate to better serve the needs of women who are impacted by SUD during pregnancy. The STATE is interested in proposals that include specific strategies to achieve any or all of the goals outlined below, including but not limited to: • Improved identification and commitment regarding interventions for women who experience SUD during pregnancy. • Increased effectiveness of SUD treatment during pregnancy, resulting in fewer newborns testing positive for exposure to substances for nonmedical purposes. • Higher outcomes for children remaining in the custody of their parents.
