The City of Wichita is seeking proposals from firm(s) for goods and/or services for the Finance Department. One of the goals of obtaining consulting services for an independent firm’s development of a central services Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP). COW shall provide all available and necessary information, data, and materials pertinent to the execution of the agreement. All expenditure and statistical utilized data is from the financial statements and data provided by the City. The ICAP will be used for the following initiatives: • Recover indirect costs as charges against federal grants; • Distribute indirect costs to user departments, calculated at the fund level; and • Distribute maintenance in lieu of rent charges to tenants in City Hall.
