Hillside Terrace requires various maintenance repairs on an ongoing basis. HACM seeks General Contractors to execute the repairs on an as-needed basis. Multiple General Contractors may be engaged for this work. HACM may award contracts to multiple General Contractors, HACM may seek competing price estimates from the General Contractors. The General Contractor is expected to provide any goods, materials, and services needed to execute the work Made in America®. The General Contractor is expected to subcontract for any necessary labor trades needed to execute the work that the General Contractor cannot supply in-house. Actual costs will be verified (work tickets, daily logs, invoices/receipts for materials, etc.), and payroll records are required before payment can be issued.
