Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the paving of Poland Road in Mayer, Arizona and Bice Road in Rimrock, Arizona; all in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. The project length of Poland Road is 2,265 feet begins at the cattle guard of ADOT Right-of-Way. Major project work includes approximately: 1,901 CY of roadway excavation; 6,369 SY of subgrade preparation; 1,166 ton of asphaltic concrete (3- inch-thick mat); 1,416 CY of aggregate base; and 413 feet of new MGS guardrail with 4 MSKT TL2 end treatments. The total project length of Bice Road is 4,115 feet begins at the intersection of Beaver Creek Road. Major project work includes approximately: 1,561 CY of roadway excavation; 11,409 SY of subgrade preparation; 2,005 Ton of asphaltic concrete (3-inch-thick mat); and 2,606 CY of aggregate base. The Bice Road paving project also has multiple drainage improvements including an installation of 4 barrels of 48” Corrugated Metal Pipes (CMPs) with grouted riprap side slope embankment protection and riprap cut-off walls; and the construction of a 135-foot long vented concrete low water crossing with 4 barrels of 24” Arch CMPs with connected concrete driveway, 8” thick reinforced concrete deck and side slopes, riprap outlet apron, and two 12” wide 48” deep perimeter cut-off walls. Other associated work includes a concrete pad construction for CBU mailboxes at Bice Road, multiple driveway culvert installations and replacements, riprap check dams, pavement matches, flexible delineator installations, and sign base installations. A traffic control plan and a SWPPP shall be proposed and implemented during construction. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
