Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following tasks are to be incorporated into the paver specifications, delivery, installation and post-installation requirements. The successful Proposer shall supply all materials, labor, tools, pallets, shrink-wrap, fork-lift, transport vehicle(s), etc. necessary. All work is to be performed in a workmanship-like manner in accordance with industry standards. Procure/provide cement pavers, same as or equivalent to Gem Paver Systems, Inc., White Cement Color/Old Chicago; to replace an estimated five thousand five hundred to five thousand six hundred (5,500-5,600) square foot of existing Old Chicago clay bricks located on the facility’s walkway fronting the Carriage House and kitchen, covered terrace and outdoor terrace.
