Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Vendor shall conduct generator inspection/testing tasks on a monthly basis and provide a report within ten (10) business days of inspection/test completion. B. Vendor shall document and communicate any repairs requiring immediate attention to UNM Project Manager immediately; C. Vendor shall note any deficiencies during the generator inspection/testing in the form of a report and forward it to UNM Project Manager at the conclusion of the inspection/test. D. If a repair or replacement is required, the Vendor shall provide written estimate of costs prior to the provision of maintenance and repairs. All repairs must receive approval from UNM Project Manager prior to commence of work. E. Vendor is required to perform generator inspection/testing per the following criteria: 1. General: visual inspection- inspect overall condition, look for foreign objects, loose or broken parts or fittings, missing guards or other damaged components. Correct or adjust as necessary. 2. Check Battery, voltage connections; 3. Record battery specific gravity 0-40; 4. Check coolant level and record specific gravity 0-40; 5. Record Battery charger amps/volts; 6. Check fan belts, condition, replace as required; 7. Check engine oil level, oil condition. Adjust as required.
