The nearest address to the starting point is 852 Terhune Road, SE. There is a gravel turn around area that is not part of this project. Asphalt mix can be Smart Mix (details in the attached technical brief), or a similar mix with a minimum dosage of 0.6% by weight of the mix. • Floyd County will mark the actual project limits. • Floyd County will be responsible for all prep work, including all necessary patching and leveling. • The Contractor is to provide all materials, as specified in the Scope, and labor/equipment required to complete the resurfacing project. • The lump sum bid price for ‘Traffic Control’ shall include all other costs that are incidental to placement of the mix, including mobilization and required plant modifications. • An additional price line is to be provided and completed by the Contractor which indicates a price per ton for the 9.5 MM SP TP 2 (F-Mix) incl. SmartMIX additive. • The approximate tonnage estimated for the project is approximately 600 tons.
