The operations and maintenance area includes offices, operations center, employee lockers, parts storage, and 14 separate maintenance bays with vehicle lifts and overhead cranes. The parking garage will accommodate approximately 630 vehicles. The construction type is mainly structural steel and bar joists. The exterior veneer materials include precast concrete, brick, and prefinished metal panels.
