The project consists of: Pre-construction and construction management (CM@R) services to coordinate and install a new 15,000V electrical service (APS) and associated infrastructure (APS duct banks, pads, transformers, switchboards, etc.) to serve buildings throughout the campus. This system will replace the current 12,470V primary distribution network currently serving most of the campus that is currently owned, operated, and maintained by Maricopa County. The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract.
