Winning bidder will provide a depot of enough computers to satisfy the typical number of laptops that need to be repaired (Typically 15-20 and this number can be adjusted). The winning bidder will retain ownership of the laptop, until it is needed and then it will become property of the District. The broken laptop will then be transferred to the winning bidder. Once the laptop is repaired, it can then be returned to Union to be placed in the depot. Union will be responsible for replacing the laptop in the classroom and assisting with restoring documents for the teacher.
