Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer shall provide the following services: 2.2.1 Performance measure refinement and implementation – The evaluator will help refine the logic model and performance measures for the CDC Action grant. This includes working with City staff and various stakeholders to ensure metrics align with the goals and priorities of the City, community, and the funder. 2.2.2 Data collection – The evaluator will work with staff to collect and analyze relevant data, conduct stakeholder surveys, and ensure data gathering best practices are implemented. 2.2.3 CDC reporting compliance – The evaluator will help staff ensure all CDC reporting requirements are met and all reporting deadlines are adhered to. 2.2.4 Stakeholder engagement and reporting support – While City staff will be primarily responsible for stakeholder engagement, the evaluator will support engagement efforts by preparing and providing relevant data and reporting in preparation for community meetings and events.
