Provide the following services on an on-call basis: A. Fieldwork and analysis to include Wetland Delineations, Airspace Analysis, Airport Land Use, Aviation Activity Assessments, Airport Noise Contours and Noise Analysis Studies. B. Develop and complete Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements. C. Coordinate assignments with the FAA’s Northwest Mountain Regional Office, Denver Airports District Office (ADO) regarding NEPA and land planning efforts. D. Provide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support to SLCDA by preparing and submitting Section 163 evaluation requests to ADO, when required. E. Assist in the preparation of decarbonization, microgrid/energy and resiliency planning steered toward the airport’s goal of NetZero by 2050. F. Prepare environmental studies and reports concerning airport development and operation issues. G. Initiate surveys and assist in developing policies to allow the SLCDA to operate in an environmentally efficient and sustainable manner. H. Review and evaluate Airside and Landside Design, Airport Layout Plans, and Capital Improvement Program. I. Review Master Plans and ALPs, provide updates and identify potential projects. J. Create project scopes, estimates, complex exhibits, and reports. K. Identify potential funding sources and amounts, PFC, AIP, State, and Local. L. Align AIP eligible projects with federal objectives. M. Target AIP funds for high AIP priority projects and non-AIP funds for low AIP priority projects. N. Provide Airspace Review and Exhibit A Property Update. O. Meet with airlines, tenants, internal staff, and external stakeholders to collaborate and share ideas. P. Host public meetings and outreach events. Q. Identifying short-term and long-term needs of the airports. R. Identify compatible land uses. S. Assist in developing and maintaining Airport Overlay Zones (AOZ). T. Other related tasks as assigned by SLCDA.
