Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary deliverable under the terms of the contract will be the Return on Environment Study encompassing Pillar Three of the Greater Bonne Femme Watershed Initiative (the Initiative) (See above, 3.2.4). 3.3.1 The ROE will identify and quantify the environmental, societal, and economic benefits of healthy water and ecosystems within the Greater Bonne Femme Watershed. 3.3.2 The ROE analysis should include the value of: a. Nutrient reduction b. Sediment reduction c. E coli, fertilizer, and pesticide load reduction d. natural goods and services e. tourism and outdoor recreation opportunities f. support for working farms and forests. g. business and employee attraction h. and avoided costs of infrastructure. 3.3.3 The ROE will be used to illustrate to the public and the Cities the important benefits of the restoration and protection of the Greater Bonne Femme Watershed waterways to the surrounding cities (i.e.: City of Columbia, City of Ashland) and the public.
