Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverables: · Develop and deploy programming to support entrepreneurship, workforce, career opportunities in the local food system. · Provide opportunities for commercial kitchen use and support for entrepreneurship. · Educational programming to understand how to start a food business. · Identify key needs from the food industry for employment skills. · Develop and deploy curriculum to provide workforce training in the commercial food sector. · Focus on supporting marginalized demographics, immigrants, and nonnative English speakers. · Support for navigating governmental regulations. · Increase awareness of food systems resources for local City of Santa Fe residents. · Upon project completion, provide OED with economic impact report along with presentation to the City of Santa Fe’s Economic Development Advisory Committee.
