Interior renovations of: existing restroom spaces including terrazzo flooring, metal stud partitions with wall sheathing, premium finishes, powered accessibility equipment; modifications to existing metal ceiling panels; security grills and retail areas with custom feature ceilings; modular office partitions; terminal interiors with premium and standard finishes; production of new and relocation of existing digital and video displays; regulatory, lighted, and digital wayfinding; elevator modifications with controls and signaling integration interior and exterior to the hoistway; millwork; structural column reinforcing; modifications to existing mechanical and plumbing systems; modifications to electrical and extension of existing low voltage systems including people counters, wireless access points, public address systems, assistive listening systems, access control systems, and security camera systems; modifications to existing fire protection systems; baggage handling systems. Exterior renovations including: rooftop skylight removal and replacement including structural steel; roof access; light modifications to existing parking structures; modifications to the building’s primary façade plate steel rain screen system; replacement of custom, electrochromic glass units; reconditioning of steel roadside structures, glass and steel canopy gutter repair, heat trace, glazing replacement; exterior lighting; exterior power; reconditioning of existing sidewalks. Project to deliver design continuity at the conclusion of a multi-year program. The project will affect all levels of the MSP Terminal 1 headhouse.
