Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide restoration service work for CCW that will include, but is not limited to, concrete flatwork, erosion control, topsoil, sod, fence repair, and sign and fence relocation. 2. The Contractor shall work closely with CCW to carefully plan, prior to beginning any work, and fully develop procedures and standards for the work that will be performed. The Contractor shall consider employee safety, workmanship standards, and maintaining operations with minimal disruption. 3. Night and weekend work will be allowed, if required, only if agreed and approved by CCW representative. The Contractor shall provide at least 72 hours advance notice of any scheduled work outside of the normal working hours. 4. The Contractor shall obtain all required utility clearances. Utilities shall be marked in the field prior to commencement of work. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine the exact location of existing utilities. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to excavate over, under, and around such utilities. If necessary, the Contractor shall provide a temporary bridging during the construction process to maintain continuous service while accomplishing the work orders. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to backfill around the utility facility and to complete construction in a manner such as to leave the utility facility securely bedded in its original position. 5. If damages to other existing facilities occur due to the Contractor’s work, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor to repair or pay for the repair of the damages, at no additional cost to CCW.
