Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected provider will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physical examinations for all active firefighters employed by Bryan County Fire and Emergency Services. The examinations must include, but not limited to, the following components as per NFPA 1582 standards: 1. Medical history review 2. Vital signs measurement 3. Physical examination (including cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems) 4. EKG 5. Vision and hearing testing 6. Pulmonary function testing 7. Chest X-Ray (every five years) 8. Blood analysis (including complete blood count, lipid panel, liver function tests, interferon-gamma release assays, and others as deemed necessary) 9. Urinalysis 10. Immunization status review 11. Fitness for duty assessment 12. Referral for further evaluation or treatment as needed
