See Attach SPECS. • The vendor must be capable of delivering the requested fertilizer in 1-ton bags to Mud Creek and Raccoon Creek WMAs via semi-truck with the capability to offload and place where requested. • Due to potential weather and soil conditions that require delays or changes in crop planting dates, the vendor should be equipped to store or have a full fertilizer order in stock and deliver various quantities to Mud Creek and Raccoon Creek WMAs throughout the spring and summer of 2024. • The vendor should be capable of delivering fertilizer within 72 hours after receiving a request for delivery from the WFF Area Biologist. • Vendor proposals that do not meet stated storage and delivery requirements will be rejected.
