The following bid is hereby submitted for the Furnishing and Installing of a Sterilizer System and RO Water Treatment System for the Hawaii District Health Laboratory (HDHL) located at 191 Kuawa Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Price shall be f.o.b. destination and shall also consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and installation costs, installation inspection costs, transportation and delivery charges to f.o.b. destination, insurance premiums, warranty costs, administrative support cost, all applicable taxes, and tools and materials necessary to perform all services specified herein. The Offeror shall also: a. be responsible for provision of all equipment and installation work as specified herein. b. provide on-site training (Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm HST) at a date and time chosen by the State. c. coordinate all deliveries, installation work, training service and invoicing with the HDHL laboratory manager. d. provide ONE (1)-year of warranty coverage at no cost.
