1. Design, manufacture, personalize, and mail the “Yellow Cards” (Notice of Voter Registration cards) variable data voting material via Non-Profit Mail and First-Class Mail to individual registered voters of the County of Maui, State of Hawaii. 2. Design, manufacture, personalize, and mail the “White Cards” (National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) Final Notification cards) and “Blue Cards” (In-County Address Transfer Notification cards) variable data voting material via First Class Mail to individually identified registered voters of the County of Maui. 3. Increase accountability for mailings to voters and overall compliance with USPS Move Update requirements for the upcoming 2024 elections. 4. Update the Maui County voter registry with returned mail data obtained from the USPS Address Change Service (ACS) product (Full Service ACS).
