The work consists of reroofing, exterior wall repairs, and exterior painting. Roofing work includes removal of existing clay tile roofing and modified bitumen roofing to structural substrate, through the wall scuppers, conductor boxes, gutters, downspouts, and flashings. Roof replacement work includes new clay tile roofing system and new modified bitumen roofing system to structural substrate, through wall scuppers, conductor boxes, gutters and downspouts, associated flashing or flashing repair work, new vent screens at eave soffits, and new asphalt shingle roof at existing skylight location. Building repair work includes spall and crack repair work at exterior concrete wall with plaster finish. Work includes hazardous material abatement.
