Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Forsyth County intends to complete the Resurfacing and Restriping of Charleston Park, Young Deer Creek Park, and Six Mile Creek Park. • All Parking Lot areas and Ramp are included in the project. • Total Area to be Resurfaced is approximately 24,501 Square Yards. (Charleston Park 12,921 Sq Yds, Young Deer Creek Park 8,328 Sq Yds, Six Mile Creek Park 3,252 Sq Yds) • Measurements are all approximated and are up to the Contractor to confirm prior to submitting a Bid. • The Contractor will be required to submit a schedule that includes phasing the work. • The Parks will remain open during this project. • Safety is number one and Forsyth County will require a safety narrative for this project to protect the public and the workers. • All work must be completed by Friday June 28, 2024. • Submittals are required prior to start of the project and must be approved by Forsyth County Project Manager.
