Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Lead State”) in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with qualified Offeror’s to provide Facilities Maintenance, Repair, and Operations and Industrial Supplies (MRO). The Lead State hopes to obtain best value, achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous Participating States/Participating Entities, and also, to create a selection of environmentally sustainable products for Participating States/Participating Entities to purchase. The Lead State anticipates the award of multiple Master Agreements as a result of this RFP.
