Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement software (application) will need to provide fully all accounting and reporting capability currently available with the Board’s MDGP software in accounting for its five (5) funds. The application should be expandable for additional funds. In addition, the application will need to have the ability to fully integrate with Microsoft Office 365. The application will need to be cloud based and provide reporting options using Microsoft Excel. The application will need to be provided by an established vendor holding Microsoft Gold Tier 1 status with experience providing accounting reporting software for State government agencies. The application will be licensed to the Board provided on a subscription basis. The application will allow for unlimited expansion of user access.
