Specifications include, but are not limited to: Armstrong Ceiling Tile, Cortega Number 769, 2 Foot x 4 Foot Tiles, 12 Tiles per Case. The District uses approximately 600 cases of tile per year. The Ceiling Tiles will be delivered to the SDGC Distribution Center located at 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. All palletized deliveries must be delivered on non-returnable wooden pallets. All pallets are to be shrink-wrapped. The successful vendor(s) must warrant products against defects during the contract period. Items showing defects in any form at the time of delivery will not be accepted. Any item delivered in unacceptable packaging will not be accepted. No product or packaging substitutions will be allowed without prior permission from the Procurement Officer. If a product is superseded or discontinued during the contract period, the replacement product must be submitted to the Procurement Officer or Procurement Director for approval.
