The Contractor shall provide all labor, services supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals required to complete and satisfactorily perform various On-Call Services including any plumbing service projects as identified by the County’s representative. On-Call Services include, but are not limited to the following: i. Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing devices and equipment. ii. Installation, repairs, or modification to water, sewer, and drain lines; iii. Installation, repairs, or modification to storm drains and roof drains; iv. Cleaning and unstopping of drains and sewer lines from 1” to 6”; v. Installation, repairs, or modification on a variety of commercial and residential bathrooms, i.e., sinks, showers, toilets, urinals, hot water heaters, well pumps, holding tanks, and drains; vi. Installation, repairs, or modification on a variety of commercial and residential kitchens, i.e., dishwashers, and drains; and sinks vii. Installation and repairs to commercial and residential gas pipes, pipe insulation, and heat tap.
