Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of the renovation of Davies Hall at Minnesota North College - Itasca to replace HVAC systems and install fire protection sprinklers. This includes replacement of air handling units; distribution ductwork; hot water and chilled water coils; pumps, and piping; hydronic components including air separators and expansion tanks; pneumatic controls; control valves; thermostats; exhaust fans; cabinet unit heaters; and zone reheat coils. Existing chilled water-cooling units will be eliminated as part of the work. Other work includes demolition and replacement of existing ceiling, replacement of existing lighting with LED fixtures, and replacement of three interior wood doors and hollow metal frames.
