Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Curriculum Development: a. Design a comprehensive training curriculum including recruitment strategies, program benefits, and effective communication techniques. b. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources for participants. c. Develop OJT Agreement Templates for use by Local Workforce Development Boards; templates must encompass Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, and United States Department of Labor statutes, regulations, and guidance. 2) Training Delivery: a. Deliver training sessions in a format conducive to adult learning. b. Facilitate interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises. c. Address participant questions and provide real-world examples. d. Record and/or provide training sessions for use beyond the original audience. 3) Evaluation: a. Implement a robust evaluation framework to measure effectiveness of the training program. b. Collect feedback from participants and the curriculum as necessary 4.3. Services to be Provided 1) Develop a training curriculum that presents effective strategies for recruiting businesses to participate in on-the-job training programs. 2) Advise participants on assessment of employers and employment opportunities as outlined in the Good Jobs Initiative 3) Provide participants with insights into the benefits of on-the-job training programs for both businesses and less skilled staff. 4) Equip participants with effective communication and negotiation skills to engage and secure commitments from businesses. 5) Offer guidance on tailoring on-the-job training programs to meet the specific needs of businesses and less skilled staff.
