Install new ductwork with VAVs, coils, hydronics and controls, including new JACE. Install new med gas zone valve box, med gas outlets, gauges, alarms, and new piping to intercept and refeed the existing. Install new water and DWV lines for new sink. Install lighting with LV relay/dimmer/sensors, power outlets, data outlets, HVAC controls Outages, UEM, CNS, Key Shop, Maintenance support, Construction management.
