The Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS), Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) wishes to obtain the contract services of a single entity for the operation of a Specialty Intermediate Care Clinic, the Lee Specialty Clinic, located in Louisville, Kentucky. The clinic shall provide comprehensive acute and preventative medical and dental care, sub-specialty medical care, allied health services and behavioral health services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The Lee Specialty Clinic is owned by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) and licensed by the Office of the Inspector General pursuant to KRS Chapter 216B
